Gamings BIGGEST Controversies *Part 8* (Cooking Mama, Raid Over Moscow & Fighters History)

Welcome to Gamings BIGGEST In game controversies Part 8.

In this episode we take a look at a simple game which should not have caused as much controversy as it did.

Cooking Mama: Cookstar was meant to be nice, wholesome and relaxing.

Instead, it had accusations of crypto mining and putting the game out without permission from the games original developers which landed in court.

Story 2 is about a 1984 game called Raid Over Moscow.

The title itself should bring an idea of why it was so controversial, BUT this was set during the cold war. To american and western eyes, it was just a bit of fun, seeing what it would be like.

To Eastern Europeans, it almost felt as if this little Studio in Utah was trying to start WWIII.

Story 3 is about Fighters History.

This game is about as generic a fighting game as you could get from the 90s..

But it tried to have hart and loveness like Street Fighter 2..

In the end, what did they do? Basically Plagiarise Street Fighter 2 with a few changes and hope noone would notice.. But of course, in the halls of Capcom, they did and it was about to get messy but NOT the ending you would think.
